Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits and down payments are non-refundable once project work has begun.
  • For package purchases, cancellations made within 7 business days of payment (and before work begins) are eligible for a full refund.
  • For ongoing coaching or retainers, unused months can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
